ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Mittauer & Associates, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator with 5+ years of experience working in an engineering, architectural, construction, legal office, or municipal office. Experience working with municipalities and or state agencies is desirable. Candidate must be highly organized and proficient with Windows 10; Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint); Corel WordPerfect; and Adobe Acrobat. Candidate must type 80 or more words per minute and be capable of handling multiple tasks with accuracy. Excellent communication and written skills are required. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
