Mittauer & Associates, Inc.  is a consulting engineering firm that was founded in 1989 to provide environmental and civil engineering services to municipalities and counties throughout the State of Florida.  Our corporate office is located at 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Clay County, Florida where we have been in business for over 20 years.   

Mittauer & Associates, Inc. has extensive experience designing water and wastewater projects for small and medium sized municipalities.   We are also experienced handling projects that have been funded with grants and/or low interest loans.  Our combined staff has over 300 years of engineering experience.  Since we began in 1989, it has been our goal to provide superior engineering services to communities throughout the State of Florida for water/wastewater treatment facilities; lift stations; water and sewer line rehabilitation, replacement and extensions; stormwater/drainage improvements; street paving; natural gas pipelines and neighborhood beautification projects.  Currently, 90% of our clients are small and medium sized municipalities that have benefitted from community enhancement projects funded through government-funded grant programs.  Our staff members are qualified to render all levels of engineering services on a continuing basis or for special projects

Mittauer & Associates, Inc. is a competent and professional engineering firm.  The work generated by our staff members is outstanding. We strive to hire individuals with superior education and experience and place them in a stable work environment.  As a result, our personnel turnover is virtually nonexistent.  This enables the client to develop a continuing relationship with a seasoned professional.   Each of our professional and administrative staff members have worked for our firm for an average of twelve (12) years, and they have gained valuable experience in providing civil and environmental engineering services on various projects. 

Our staff of five registered engineers, one engineer intern, one project engineer, three engineering technicians, five resident observers, one surveying technician, one vice president of community development, and four administrative persons are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our clients' projects.
